Our mission!

Our mission is to build luxury Homes out of shipping containers to take advantage of 5 key aspects. Speed, affordability, sustainability, smart (IOT devices) and eco-friendly. By building real estates, using shipping containers we can finish a regular single family house within a few month, while the building costs are roughly 60% lower than regular houses. Shipping containers can also withstand strong winds, flood, fire and even earth quakes, since they were meant to be stacked up and face the harsh conditions of the sea. To make our Homes luxurious and eco-friendly at the same time, we will integrate a variety of IOT devices and Solar panels. That way you'll be able to control everything in your SCRE by only using your phone or voice. read more

Current state and roadmap

So far we finished our first SCRE in Brazil to use it as a model home. Currently we are selling the generated solar energy which isn't being used to the city of Salvador de Bahia for extra income. SCRE wants to change the way houses are being build world wide, which is why we are going to build our next home in the Washington DC area. We already have gotten green light from the Zoning and building commissioners for Fairfax County in VA, Richmond, LA, Orlando and Las Vegas more are pending. Six month after starting to build we will be ready to sell this home somewhere between $500K and $600K. After the sale we will focus on hiring more workers to reduce the building time and cost since we won't need to rely on contractors anymore. With the new members of the SCRE family we will start building townhouses, apartments and commercial buildings like offices. Now we are going to focus in depth on our marketing strategy to make an expansion throughout the United States possible. Thanks to my German nationality we will expand next, to Germany in Munich in 2022. It's very important to us, to have our investors by our side at all steps we take, to maintain a transparent and good relationship. Revenue and growth rate

Production costs for a 4 Bedroom 4 Bathroom home are at $150,000. The home will be sold (depending on the location) anywhere in between $500K to $1.2MM.

It takes about 6 month for completion of a house in the first to years. After the first two years we will pre build each shipping container and assemble them at the desired location. Which means that we can reduce the time frame to 1-2 month if a standard house will be chosen by the customer. After 4 Years we will go into mass production and will build an IKEA - like store, where clients can come in and select different models and rooms and put together their dream house.

Risks and challenges
The biggest challenge will be to get started during the winter time, due to extreme weather conditions and the hardened ground it'll be harder to drill 18ft down to ensure maximum support for the foundation.read more giấy dán tường 2019
